Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store are offered to you as a subscription. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. It should be read alongside our Returns & Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription with Counting Sheep, you receive recurring deliveries at the frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery in line with the subscription you selected. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
If you don't want to renew your subscription, you can cancel or modify it at any time:
- Online via your customer portal at lovecountingsheep.com/a/account/login
- By emailing us at hello@lovecountingsheep.com
To ensure that a cancellation takes effect for your next scheduled order, please cancel at least 3 days before your next renewal date. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal so you have time to make any changes.
If your next order has already been processed and payment has been taken, the order will be dispatched as scheduled and the cancellation will take effect from the order after that. In this case, you can follow the returns process set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Right to change your mind
In addition to the cancellation rights set out above, you have a statutory right under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your first delivery, for any reason.
